Responsibilities

• Provides concierge level customer service to patients, referring offices, and team members.
• Greets patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor.
• Answers the phone promptly and schedules appointments to optimize satisfaction and provider time.
• Prepares a daily schedule for each provider and manages patient flow to reduce wait times.
• Assists patients as necessary and maintains a neat reception area.
• Maintains confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
