Responsibilities

• Provide concierge level customer service to patients, referring offices and team members by phone, in person, or electronically.
• Greet patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor on arrival.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction and provider time.
• Prepare daily schedules for each provider and manage patient flow to reduce wait times.
• Maintain a neat and orderly reception area and professional relationships with referring offices.
