Family Dental Station in Glendale, AZ is seeking a organized Dental Office Scheduler who can manage a fast-paced schedule, communicate clearly, and provide an exceptional patient experience.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, proficient with dental terminology and scheduling software, and capable of coordinating between doctors, hygienists, and staff to optimize patient flow.

Formación

• Familiarity with dental terminology and common dental procedures.
• Experience with dental practice management software preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.
• Manage multiple provider schedules while maximizing productivity and minimizing scheduling gaps.
• Confirm upcoming appointments through phone calls, texts, and other communication platforms.
• Contact patients with outstanding treatment to schedule recommended procedures.
• Monitor cancellations and maintain an active short-call list to fill openings.
• Coordinate scheduling between doctors, hygienists, and clinical staff.
• Handle incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling inquiries.
• Reschedule missed, canceled, and overdue appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient scheduling information in the dental software system.
• Communicate schedule changes and daily updates with the clinical team.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive patient relationships.
