This is an in-office position based in Montclair, New Jersey. Full-time and part-time schedules are available.
As a Dental Scheduler, you will help keep the office organized and running efficiently. You will check patients in and out, schedule appointments, answer phones, manage the daily schedule, and run relevant reports. You will communicate with patients and parents both in person and over the phone, provide excellent customer service, and build positive relationships with patients, parents, the doctor, and other team members. Throughout the day, you will use your organizational and problem-solving skills to help ensure appointments are scheduled effectively and patients have a positive experience.
