Job summary

StarBrite Dental in Rockville, MD is seeking a Dental Call Center Representative who is fluent in Spanish and English to join our fast-paced team. The role emphasizes patient communication, appointment coordination, and efficient use of dental software, with opportunities for growth within a leading practice.

The position requires handling inbound calls, outbound follow-ups, and responsive scheduling while delivering strong customer service in a high-output environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory).

Responsibilities
