Job summary

Bausch Health Companies Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for Lancaster, PA to grow OraPharma dental product sales. You will develop territory plans, drive access to products, and work with customers to deliver value while meeting compliance standards.

The role requires 2+ years of regulated sales experience, strong relationship-building, and the ability to travel 25% with 95% field time. Base pay is 80K–95K, plus bonus potential and an incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with medical device or dental sales experience, or an Associate degree with healthcare clinical practice.
• Minimum 2 years prior sales experience in an FDA or other regulated business preferred.
• Experience in medical device or dental sales strongly preferred.
• Business-to-business (B2B) experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and yearly sales goals in the assigned territory.
• Determine the strategic approach to gain access for OraPharma dental products.
• Develop and manage territory business plans including forecasting and routing.
• Implement defined sales/marketing strategies for education and promotion of OraPharma products.
• Manage service levels of all customer accounts (calls, consulting, utilization).
• Adhere to CRM, expense reporting, mileage reporting, and calendar planning.
