Job summary

Bausch Health Companies Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for OraPharma dental products in Missouri. You will drive quarterly and yearly sales targets, develop territory business plans, and promote clinical education to drive access and adoption across providers.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, field-based time with customers (75–95%), and travel up to 25% with a focus on compliance and teamwork within a regulated environment. Base pay reflects the market in the US Midwest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with relevant medical device or dental sales experience
• Associates degree with healthcare clinical practice experience required or preferred
• Minimum 2 years prior sales experience in an FDA or other regulated business preferred
• Experience in medical device or dental sales strongly preferred
• Business-to-business (B2B) experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and yearly sales goals in assigned territory and product portfolio
• Determine strategic approach to gain access for OraPharma specialty dental products
• Develop and manage territory business plans (forecast, routing, customer segmentation, product implementation)
• Implement defined sales and marketing strategies for clinical education and promotion of OraPharma products
• Manage service levels of customer accounts (call frequency, business consulting, utilization)
• Adhere to administrative requirements (CRM, expenses, mileage, calendar)
• Travel within territory and outside territory for events like trade shows
• Comply with company policies, healthcare compliance, and laws
