Job summary

Bausch Health seeks a Territory Manager (Dental) for the Kansas City area to drive sales and expand OraPharma dental product adoption. The role emphasizes field-based client engagement, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to meet quarterly targets.

The candidate should have dental/medical device sales experience, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or an Associates degree with healthcare experience.
• Minimum 2 years prior sales experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience in medical device or dental sales is highly preferred.
• B2B sales experience will be considered.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and yearly sales goals for the assigned territory and product portfolio.
• Develop strategic approach to gain access for OraPharma dental products.
• Create and manage territory business plans including forecast, routing, and segmentation.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies for clinical education and promotion.
• Manage service levels of customer accounts including call frequency and consulting.
• Adhere to CRM, expense, mileage reporting, and calendar planning requirements.
• Travel within and outside the territory for business events and meetings.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
