Job summary

Bausch Health, a global pharmaceutical leader, seeks a Territory Manager to drive OraPharma dental product sales across a defined region. You will build and execute territory business plans, manage key accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote clinical education and product adoption.

The role requires 2+ years in regulated medical or dental sales, strong relationship-building skills, and readiness for 25% overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with medical device or dental sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years of regulated sales experience.
• Strong ability to build business relationships and work in teams.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and yearly sales goals in assigned territory.
• Develop and manage territory business plans and routing.
• Promote OraPharma specialty dental products through education.
• Manage customer accounts and CRM/expense reporting.
• Travel 25% overnight; stay in field 95% of time.
