Job summary

Straumann Group in San Francisco (CA) is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support commercial and clinical sales within an assigned geography. The role partners with Territory Managers, provides field coverage, and helps execute strategies across implant, regenerative and restorative lines.

You will assist with referrals, account development, and new customer acquisition, travel as needed, and use SAP CRM to log activities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, account management, or related customer-facing experience.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and maintained auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Territory Managers to support sales and customer satisfaction across assigned territories by providing field coverage and execution support for implant, regenerative and restorative product lines.
• Support the management and development of existing customer accounts through regular follow-up and identifying opportunities.
• Assist Territory Managers with referral network development and account management by identifying referral opportunities and following through on customer needs.
• Support new customer acquisition and existing-customer growth by researching prospects and preparing for customer meetings.
• Create an exceptional customer experience by acting as a responsive business partner and connecting customers with Straumann resources and solutions.
