Oryx Dental Software is seeking a Field Sales Representative to expand our SMB presence across independent dental practices and emerging DSOs/DPOs. You will be the face of Oryx in your territory, building relationships, driving new business, and helping practices adopt modern, intelligent practice management software.

This quota-carrying role emphasizes territory development, outbound prospecting, in-person engagement, and consultative solution selling.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally field sales in healthcare, dental, medical devices or SaaS.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business in a territory.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clinicians and practice managers.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed revenue targets for new SMB customer acquisition, including single-location practices and emerging DSOs/DPOs.
• Manage the full sales cycle: territory research, cold outreach, field visits, qualification, discovery, demos, and close.
• Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline across general dentists, specialists, and group practice stakeholders.
• Field-based role requiring ~80% travel within the assigned territory, with ~20% home office for admin work and follow-up.
