Oryx Dental Software is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive new SMB growth across a Seattle-based territory, engaging dental practices with modern, intelligent practice management software.

You will travel up to 80% in the field, conduct in-person visits, run discovery, demos, and coordinate with Marketing, CS, and Clinical teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and ongoing success for new practices.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3+ years of B2B field sales experience.
• Experience in outbound prospecting and territory development.
• Comfortable engaging with clinicians and practice managers in person and virtually.
• CRM hygiene and accurate lead management.
• Familiarity with the dental industry is a plus.

• Own and exceed revenue targets for new SMB customers.
• Manage full sales cycle: research, outreach, field visits, discovery, demos, and close.
• Develop pipeline across general dentists, specialists, and DSOs/DPOs.
• Travel ~80% within the territory; rest from home for admin and planning.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CS, and Clinical teams for a seamless experience.
