Responsibilities
  • Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming first impression.
  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently while helping maintain a productive schedule.
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments, office policies, and general insurance concepts.
  • Assist with treatment scheduling and patient follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the practice management software.
  • Follow up with unscheduled treatment and overdue recare patients to support patient retention.
  • Coordinate patient communications through phone, text, and email.
  • Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Support front office operations through organization, attention to detail, and effective time management.
  • Contribute positively to the office culture and help foster a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
  • Previous dental front office experience 2+ years.
  • Working knowledge of dental insurance and how benefits generally function.
  • Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport with patients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player.
  • Moderate initiative with the ability to identify opportunities and take appropriate action.
  • Commitment to patient satisfaction and long-term patient retention.
  • Open to coaching, training, and learning our office systems and processes.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
