Job summary

Southeast Dental Partners is seeking a Payment Posting and Office Support Specialist for our centralized dental revenue cycle management (RCM) Hub. This role splits time between on-site hub operations and posting insurance payments in Open Dental for a group of practices.

You will handle mail, checks, faxes, scanning, and digital document management while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate posting of EFTs, ERAs, and paper payments. Hybrid schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Dental office, dental billing, insurance, RCM, or payment posting experience.
• Familiarity with dental EOBs, ERAs, insurance adjustments, and patient responsibility.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing digital documents and working across multiple software systems.
• Able to work independently and keep recurring tasks on schedule without reminders.

Responsibilities

• On-site Hub operations (Mon, Wed, Fri) including mail handling and scanning.
• Post insurance payments in Open Dental from EFTs, ERAs, checks, and VCCs.
• Review EOBs and ERAs to ensure accurate postings.
• Match payments to deposits and patient accounts.
• Research discrepancies and keep practices current.
