Qualifications

• 3+ years of dental revenue cycle or insurance payment posting experience.
• Strong Denticon experience preferred; Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or OpenDental familiarity considered.

Responsibilities

• Post insurance payments accurately in Denticon.
• Manage EFTs, virtual credit cards, and checks.
• Address offsets and insurance takebacks.
• Clear unapplied balances.
• Attach EOBs appropriately.
• Perform daily reconciliation.
• Keep backlog current.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency.
