Job summary

SCF Services seeks a Dental Program Manager to lead strategy and operations for the Dental program across all Su Clinica sites. You will drive performance, access, and growth while partnering with clinic leadership to ensure high-quality care.

The role focuses on standardizing workflows, provider support, and performance improvement, with accountability for daily clinic operations and staff development. Fluency in English/Spanish is preferred, and travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred (MPH, MHA, MBA or related)
• 5+ years in healthcare program management or clinical operations
• Experience in Dental operations preferred
• Strong leadership and change agent skills for multi-site environments
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the Dental program strategy across multiple sites.
• Own program-level performance metrics: visit volume, access, quality.
• Support clinics with workflows, staffing, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with HRSA and grant requirements.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, patient-centered culture across Dental teams.
