The role focuses on standardizing workflows, provider support, and performance improvement, with accountability for daily clinic operations and staff development. Fluency in English/Spanish is preferred, and travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred (MPH, MHA, MBA or related)
  • 5+ years in healthcare program management or clinical operations
  • Experience in Dental operations preferred
  • Strong leadership and change agent skills for multi-site environments
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:The Dental Program Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the Dental program across all Su Clinica sites. This role is responsible for program performance, quality, access, and growth, and working in close partnership with Clinic/Practice Managers and clinical leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery.
