Job summary

Community Smiles in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead our clinical team and support day-to-day operations while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. You will supervise Dentrix workflow, oversee scheduling, and promote a compliant, collaborative clinic culture.

The role requires 3+ years of dental management experience, proficiency with Dentrix or equivalent EHR, and strong Spanish-English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Completion of a college-level dental assisting or dental hygiene program or a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, human resources, communication, nonprofit management or related field
• Minimum of three years of dental clinical experience
• Minimum of three years of previous clinical manager, office manager or team leader experience
• Proficient in Dentrix software and/or equivalent dental electronic health software
• Minimum one year experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports clinical teams to deliver high quality, patient-centered care
• Oversee patient care, scheduling, waitlists, case management and referrals
• Train, supervise, and evaluate clinic staff (front desk, assistants, hygienists)
• Ensure OSHA and HIPAA compliance and coach staff accordingly
• Audit dentistry workflows, charts and records for accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with leadership to develop operational goals and budgets
