Job summary

OneWorld Community Health Centers, Inc. seeks a Dental Director to lead the dental service line and drive clinical excellence in a team-based setting.

You will guide multi-location operations, ensure adherence to standards, and focus on serving underserved populations while aligning with organizational goals. As a senior leader reporting to the CEO, you will shape strategy, oversee clinical delivery, and manage a diverse dental team, including clinicians, to deliver high-quality care across

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited dental school with DDS or DMD is required.
• Three years of experience as a dentist, plus two to three years of administrative experience preferred.
• GPR or AEGD completion is a plus.
• Active Nebraska dental license (or ability to obtain) with a DEA registration.
• Meet OneWorld privileging standards and maintain BLS certification with CEUs.
• Ability to travel to multiple work locations; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, programs, and services for dental departments; monitor equipment, materials, and personnel for compliance.
• Oversee procurement, training, and assignment of dental staff; develop new services.
• Provide clinical oversight and quality improvement across dental lines.
• Develop annual strategic work plans and reports for the CEO; lead a high-performing dental team.
