Job summary

Family Health Centers of San Diego seeks a Vice President of Clinic Operations to lead and optimize multi-site clinical services. You will drive program integration, efficiency, and high-quality patient care while guiding planning and strategic execution.

The role requires senior operations experience in ambulatory health care, strong budgeting and analytics skills, and the ability to manage policy, staff development, and regulatory compliance across sites. Fluency in English/Spanish is favored.

Qualifications

• RN or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience overseeing health care services.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of payor systems, billing and utilization review.
• Knowledge of budget preparation, budget management and financial accountability.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor clinic operations to ensure services and patient care are at the highest level of quality.
• Collaborate with Senior VP and General Counsel on new or expanded services.
• Oversee recruitment, orientation, and evaluation of clinic operational staff.
• Monitor goals and budgets to support fiscal health of clinic operations.
• Develop and implement performance management strategies and ensure compliance with policies.
