Job summary

BACH is seeking a Dental Program Manager to supervise clinic operations at the site, ensuring patient flow efficiency and high standards of care. You will coordinate dental providers, front desk and administrative staff while maintaining safety and compliance across the clinic.

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, you will drive staffing decisions, participate in audits, and implement quality initiatives to meet organizational goals and patient-centered care expectations.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience required.
• Strong coordination of training and staff development.
• Ability to liaison between clinical, front desk and administrative staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and staffing at the site.
• Manage provider schedules and last-minute time-off adjustments.
• Coordinate audits and ensure quality assurance and compliance.
• Supervise non-provider staff and manage performance reviews.
• Assist in safety investigations and incident reporting.
