Shared Practices Group is seeking a Practice Operations Manager to lead a dental office as a business, driving daily performance, coaching teams to meet revenue goals, and owning the patient experience from call to outcome.

You will balance sales strategy with operational leadership, achieving monthly collection targets while maintaining compliance and high service standards across the practice.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership or sales-focused role.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and coach performance.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own daily pacing and ensure collections meet targets.
• Monitor monthly accounts receivable and identify gaps and opportunities.
• Plan daily callbacks with the Smile Consultant and track conversions.
• Lead morning huddles with a sales-focused lens and drive accountability.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations for efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Track weekly KPIs via the practice scorecard and report them.
• Recruit, train, and coach staff to high performance.
• Support inventory, ordering, and cost-control measures.
• Ensure exceptional patient experience from consult to post-treatment.
