Shared Practices Group in Albuquerque, NM is hiring a Practice Operations Manager to lead daily performance, coach the team, and own the patient experience from first call to final outcome.

This role blends sales strategy with operations leadership, driving revenue growth, monthly collections, and ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a patient-centric culture across the office. You will oversee KPIs, manage staff development, and partner with Smile Consultants to optimize patient conversions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership or sales-focused role.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and coach performance.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Dental knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own daily pacing to ensure daily collections.
• Monitor monthly accounts receivable and identify production gaps.
• Coach the Smile Consultant on callbacks and conversions.
• Lead morning huddles with a sales lens, focusing on goals and accountability.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations for efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Track and report weekly KPIs via the practice scorecard.
• Recruit, train, and coach high-performing staff.
• Ensure exceptional service from consultation through post-treatment.
• Manage patient records and appointment flow.
• Oversee collections and ensure monthly revenue targets are met.
• P&L responsibility and daily closings in Open Dental.
