Job summary

Imagen Dental Partners is seeking a Dental Practice Operations Manager to lead daily front office operations, revenue cycle workflows, and strategic growth initiatives. You will partner with the Owner Doctor and regional leadership to optimize performance, patient care, and profitability while guiding a high-performing team.

You will drive patient experience improvements, monitor marketing and access to care, and ensure financial conversations and billing accuracy align with practice goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or similar leadership role with a track record of driving growth (2+ years).
• Ability to work 5 days every week.
• 1+ years' experience owning the profit and loss statement.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Proven leadership to inspire and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic liaison between the practice and the support center to align priorities and drive success.
• Collaborate with owner doctor and regional support to develop growth strategies for the practice.
• Identify opportunities to expand services, increase patient access, and drive production and collections.
• Leverage data insights to inform decision-making and practice performance.
