Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth: Own the daily pacing sheet and track collections.
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations and policy compliance.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and coach staff; coordinate coverage.
• Patient Experience: Ensure exceptional service from consultation through post-treatment.
• Financial Management: Oversee collections and manage accounts receivable/payable.
