Shared Practices Group in Atlanta seeks a Practice Operations Manager to lead a high-performing dental team and optimize business performance. You will drive revenue growth while overseeing patient experience from first contact to post-treatment and ensure efficient daily operations.

The role blends sales strategy with operational leadership, including coaching staff, monitoring KPIs, and meeting monthly collection targets in a fast-paced, patient-centric practice.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in leadership or sales-focused role.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and coach performance.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Dental knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily pacing sheet to ensure timely collections.
• Monitor monthly AP and identify production gaps.
• Plan callbacks with Smile Consultant and track conversions.
• Drive upgrade performance through consult strategy.
• Lead morning huddles with a sales focus.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations for efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and coach staff.
• Schedule coverage to meet production goals.
• Manage patient experience from first call to post-treatment.
• Oversee collections and monthly revenue targets.
• Handle AR/AP and closings in Open Dental.
• Control costs and monitor expenses.
