Job summary

PDS Health in Mukilteo, WA is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee (OMT) to learn the skills and company knowledge needed to run a financially viable PDS dental office. You’ll complete the OM Development Program while under supportive supervision and are expected to independently manage a dental office within 4–6 months after program completion.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; travel to multiple offices.
• Willingness to travel to multiple offices daily.
• Alternate transportation acceptable if license/insurance unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and values; promote PDS culture daily.
• Hire and retain right-fit team members via training and coaching.
• Investigate and resolve staff/patient issues with timely, creative solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with Owner Dentist.
