Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience with listed responsibilities and strong dental treatment planning.
- Experience managing a team across the practice.
- Experience with practice management software.
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing staff and delivering concierge patient care.
- Maintain patient health records, insurance details, and coding.
- Collaborate with Regional Manager and leadership.
- Administer employee reviews and develop talent.
- Present financial breakdowns to patients according to treatment plans.
- Achieve financial objectives and manage P&L.
- Provide ongoing insight and implement solutions.
