Responsibilities

• Maintaining accuracy of patient health records and insurance details
• Collaborating with Regional Manager, non-clinical staff, and Executive Leadership
• Administering employee reviews and developing talent
• Presenting financial breakdowns to patients per treatment plan
• Achieving financial objectives and optimizing operations (P&L)
• Providing ongoing insight and implementing solutions through direct reports
