Job summary

Family Dental Care of NJ (High Tech) in Westfield, NJ is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead non-clinical operations of the practice. The PL/Office Manager will supervise staff, manage patient flow, and align operations with growth goals, while maintaining an excellent patient experience.

Responsibilities include overseeing HRIS payroll, scheduling, opening/closing duties, daily financials, and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental office management or medical practice management is preferred.
• Ability to lead non-clinical operations and mentor staff.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and ensure effective coverage for all positions.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, daily financial reconciliation and inventory management.
• Lead team meetings and a daily huddle; foster collaboration across roles.
• Manage HRIS, payroll, scheduling, and time & attendance.
• Coordinate with doctors and regional managers to align goals.
• Monitor KPI performance and prepare regular reports for leadership.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new staff.
