Responsibilities

• Take ownership of entire office staff including customer loyalty, employee engagement, financials, marketing, staffing, facilities, patient count and office efficiencies.
• Monitor key performance areas of the office such as budget, staffing, schedules, and referrals; make adjustments as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and HIPAA/FDA regulations and provide a professional, engaging patient experience.
