Job summary

Meadows Dental Care is seeking an Office Manager who owns the numbers, the schedule, and the team. This is not a clerical role; you will hold production and collection targets, run the morning huddle, and hire and develop the front and back office to keep doctors focused on dentistry.

You will make decisions, manage claims and aging, and ensure HIPAA and state compliance with proper recordkeeping. The role demands leadership and a commitment to high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Two or more years managing a dental practice or equivalent healthcare leadership.
• Fluent in practice management software, insurance workflows, and dental reporting.
• Able to address team issues directly and promptly.
• Strong numbers literacy to read production reports and drive Monday changes.

Responsibilities

• Own daily, weekly, and monthly production and collection targets and report on them.
• Run the morning huddle and maintain a productive schedule with no holes or overbooks.
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop the administrative and clinical support team.
• Keep claims, attachments, and accounts receivable current; chase aged balances.
• Handle escalated patient concerns before they become reviews.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and state regulation compliance and proper records.
