Job summary

Pearland Dental care is seeking an Office Manager who owns the numbers, the schedule, and the team. This role goes beyond clerical tasks and drives production and collection targets, coordinates the morning huddle, and develops the front and back office staff.

You will keep insurance aging under control, ensure doctors can focus on dentistry, and enforce HIPAA/OSHA and state regulations while guiding decision-making and team growth.

Qualifications

• Two or more years managing a dental practice or equivalent healthcare leadership.
• Fluency with practice management software and dental reporting.
• Ability to confront issues directly and promptly with the team.

Responsibilities

• Own daily, weekly, and monthly production and collection targets and report on them.
• Run the morning huddle and keep the schedule productive with no holes or overbookings.
• Hire, train, schedule, and develop the administrative and clinical support team.
• Keep claims, attachments, and accounts receivable current and chase aged balances.
• Handle escalated patient concerns to prevent negative reviews.
• Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and state regulatory compliance and keep supporting records up to date.
