Job summary

Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations in Sugar Land, TX to lead, develop and align a dental team with Doctor goals. You’ll guide daily operations, coordinate meetings, and drive key performance initiatives to enhance patient care and business outcomes.

You’ll partner with the Doctor, support training, and prioritize growth through leadership development and goals alignment. A strong background in healthcare operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3 - 5 years’ leadership experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Ability to analyze processes and identify solutions.
• Strong communication, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Doctor to guide and support the team and priorities.
• Lead weekly and monthly meetings, and morning huddles to align goals.
• Develop and pursue top business goals and personal development goals.
• Support staffing with recruitment and onboarding, ensuring fit.
• Monitor and plan CE, education, and leadership development for growth.
