Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking an Operations Manager to lead practice operations, focus on financial performance, patient experience, and staff development. This role requires coordinating administrative and frontline teams to support the company’s mission of delivering excellent oral health care.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a - 5p, Mason, OH. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 3–5 years leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years progressive leadership and functional practice management experience.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and leadership skills.
• Experience leading a team, mentoring and coaching subordinates.
• Strong healthcare management/customer service management and leadership skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages office staff, provides problem-solving, decision making, planning, delegation, and conflict management when needed.
• Build and maintain a positive office culture.
• Evaluate staff performance and submit performance reviews; ensure learning modules completed on time.
• Implement office policies to achieve performance goals including patient satisfaction and financial performance.
• Act as interdepartmental liaison and support compliance with policies.
