Job summary

D4C Dental is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the practice's day-to-day operations, drive financial performance, and improve patient experience through effective systems and processes. You will oversee administrative and back-office support, collaborate with HR, Marketing and Finance, and develop staff through coaching and training to meet performance goals and growth targets.

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; 3–5 years of dental operations leadership, plus strong

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive leadership and practice management experience.
• Experience in dental operations is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving and leadership skills.
• coursework in dentistry, business, or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages office staff, including problem solving and delegation.
• Build and maintain a positive office culture.
