GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a Dental Office Manager in Conway, SC to lead daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure exceptional patient care. You will manage scheduling, billing, compliance, and office systems with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with experience in dental administration and strong communication skills. Travel within the region may be required to support multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Dental Office Manager or similar admin role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day office operations.
• Supervise dental office staff and provide training.
• Manage patient scheduling and inquiries.
• Oversee billing, coding, insurance claims and payments.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA and other regulations compliance.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Assist with patient engagement and marketing.
• Collaborate with dentist and healthcare team.
• Lead front desk/administrative operations at the office.
• Travel within region to other locations as needed.
