Job summary

Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations for Thorpe Creek Dental Care to serve as a business partner to the Doctor, guiding and supporting our team to deliver high-quality patient care. This role emphasizes leadership, business acumen, and collaboration within Heartland's supported office network.

The PMO will focus on setting and achieving goals, coordinating training, and driving operational excellence to enhance patient experiences at Thorpe Creek Dental Care.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years' leadership experience in a professional office, medical, or similar setting.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
• Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO Training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Develop annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals (5 technical, 5 commitment, 6 personality).
• Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Support the Doctor Led, Hygiene Driven, Operations focus through meetings and huddles.
• Partner with Doctors to identify skills needed for open positions and proper selection of team members.
• Successfully onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support office.
