Job summary

Heartland Dental in Arlington seeks a Practice Manager of Operations to lead and grow a high-performing team, align goals with Doctors, and deliver outstanding patient care. You’ll partner with the Doctor to shape strategy, train the team, and manage daily operations to support top clinical and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years leadership experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify problems and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Strive towards mastery of role by prioritizing and completing PMO training.
• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Bell Leadership Training every 18-24 months.
• Support the Doctor Led, Hygiene Driven, Operations focus through meetings and huddles.
• Focus on aligning team efforts to help Doctors achieve Top 10 goals.
• Create alignment with doctors via daily 1-on-1s, morning huddles, and weekly touch points.
• Partner with Doctors to develop quarterly and annual financial goals.
• Help Doctors plan CE through Education and Leadership programs.
• Understand DMP benefits and monitor progress.
• Identify and support future team growth by selecting candidates.
• Partner with Doctors to identify skills for open positions and proper selection.
• Onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support office.
• Support training through Core Essentials and beyond for growth.
