Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in business preferred.
• Three years working experience in healthcare or dental Office.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Understanding of dental terminology helpful.
• Intermediate computer skills; EagleSoft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and manage performance of office team members.
• Explain treatment plans and payment options to patients.
• Review and train on Accounts Receivables and deposits.
• Oversee payroll, overtime, and inventory control.
• Ensure office security and OSHA compliance.
• Provide coverage by traveling between offices as needed.
• Maintain productive office scheduling and patient flow.
