You will build systems, improve financial workflows, verify insurance, manage claims and recalls, and partner with leadership to continuously strengthen the practice environment.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of PPO insurance and dental revenue-cycle workflows.
• Ability to present treatment plans and discuss patient finances.
• Experience building and maintaining a healthy dental schedule.
• Proven ability to improve patient flow, case acceptance, or practice growth.
• Capable of holding a team accountable while staying positive.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support front-office team and daily practice operations.
• Build and maintain a healthy doctor schedule.
• Strengthen patient flow, retention, and practice growth.
• Generate and present treatment plans and discuss financial options.
• Oversee PPO insurance verification and benefit breakdowns.
• Manage claims, pre-determinations, EOBs, narratives, X-rays and follow-up.
• Monitor patient payments and financial arrangements.
• Generate and work recall opportunities.
• Review end-of-day and end-of-month reports.
• Manage office inventory and operational organization.
• Coordinate specialty referrals and insurance documentation.
• Identify challenges, develop solutions, and navigate change.
• Partner closely with doctors and leadership to improve practice.
