Lakewood Dental Studio in Dallas is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead the front-office team and day-to-day operations. You will support doctors, optimize schedules, and drive patient flow and case acceptance to grow the practice.

The role requires ownership mindset, adaptability, and a track record of strengthening a dental practice. You will collaborate with leadership to maintain a welcoming patient experience and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a dental front-office and operations
• Understanding PPO insurance and dental revenue-cycle workflows
• Proven ability to improve patient flow and case acceptance

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the front-office team and daily practice operations
• Build and maintain a healthy, productive doctor schedule
• Help strengthen patient flow, retention, and practice growth
• Generate and present treatment plans and discuss financial options
• Oversee PPO insurance verification and benefit breakdowns
• Manage claims, pre-determinations, EOBs, narratives, X-rays, and pending-claim follow-up
• Monitor patient payments and financial arrangements
• Generate and work recall opportunities
• Review end-of-day and end-of-month reports
• Manage office inventory and organizational systems
• Coordinate specialty referrals and insurance documentation
• Identify challenges and develop solutions with the team
• Partner with doctors and leadership to improve the practice continuously
