Lead One of Dallas's Most Beautiful Boutique Dental Practices

Lakewood Dental Studio is a modern, serene, two-doctor practice nestled in the heart of the Lakewood neighborhood in Northeast Dallas, with stunning views of the downtown skyline and a reputation for judgment-free, compassionate care.

Led by Dr. Megan Snyder and Dr. Eric Wang, Lakewood has created the kind of dental experience patients don't always expect, beautiful, comfortable, personal, and genuinely welcoming.

Now we're looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager who can lead the team behind that experience while helping the practice continue to grow.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands both the people and business sides of dentistry.

You'll oversee day-to-day practice operations, support the doctors and team, maintain a healthy and productive schedule, and help drive patient flow, case acceptance, and overall practice performance.

We need someone who doesn't just maintain an office, you see opportunities, solve problems, build systems, and help a practice become stronger.

What You'll Own

  • Lead and support the front-office team and daily practice operations
  • Build and maintain a healthy, productive doctor schedule
  • Help strengthen patient flow, retention, and practice growth
  • Generate and present treatment plans and confidently discuss financial options
  • Oversee PPO insurance verification and benefit breakdowns
  • Manage claims, pre-determinations, EOBs, narratives, X-rays, and pending-claim follow-up
  • Monitor patient payments and financial arrangements
  • Generate and work recall opportunities
  • Review end-of-day and end-of-month reports
  • Manage office inventory and operational organization
  • Coordinate specialty referrals and insurance documentation
  • Identify challenges, develop solutions, and help the team navigate change
  • Partner closely with the doctors and leadership to improve the practice continuously
Requirements

Who We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Know PPO insurance and dental revenue-cycle workflows
  • Are confident presenting treatment plans and discussing patient finances
  • Understand how to build and maintain a healthy dental schedule
  • Have helped improve patient flow, case acceptance, or practice growth
  • Can hold a team accountable while remaining positive and approachable
  • Stay steady when challenges arise and focus on finding solutions
  • Communicate confidently with doctors, team members, and patients
  • Bring a proactive, team-first mentality to work
