Job summary

Benevis is seeking a Practice Manager in Virginia to oversee three dental lines—general dentistry, orthodontics, and expanded services—and lead day-to-day operations and growth initiatives. You will train staff, manage doctor relationships, and ensure operational excellence in partnership with the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and manage all staff members.

• Use PowerBI and financial analytics to support business decisions.
• Foster staff development and employee relations.
• Provide concierge style support to doctors and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
