Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of dental office experience.
• 1 year of dental office management preferred.
• High school or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Deep understanding of commercial insurance or Medicaid billing.
• Integrity and high level of service for patients, parents, and staff.
• Financial acumen and ability to manage P&L goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and manage all staff.
• Grow initiatives and training for office staff.
• Own relationships with doctors and ensure operational excellence with Director of Operations.
• Manage scheduling processes, show rate, and patient flow.
• Utilize PowerBI and financial analytics for business decisions.
• Recruit and staff to align with patient schedules.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• Track collections and follow up with patients as needed.
