Benevis is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee three dental lines—general dentistry, orthodontics, and expanded services—driving operational excellence and growth in a Fort Wayne office. You’ll lead staff, manage doctor relationships, and partner with the Director of Operations on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, performance tracking, and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality patient care and financial results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of dental office experience.
• 1 year of dental office management preferred.
• High school or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and manage staff.
• Drive scheduling and show rate initiatives to improve utilization.
• Maintain operational readiness and presentation of the office.
• Meet performance, financial, and P&L goals.
• Use PowerBI and financial analytics to guide decisions.
• Foster staff development and retention through training.
• Provide concierge support to doctors and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Track collections and follow up with patients.
• Solicit referrals and monitor patient satisfaction.
