Job summary

Benevis is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the successful operation of general dentistry, orthodontics, and expanded services within the office. You will manage day-to-day office functions, drive growth initiatives, train staff, and strengthen relationships with doctors in partnership with the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of dental office experience.
• 1 year of dental office management preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and manage all staff.
• Drive scheduling, show rate targets, and patient flow.
• Maintain office readiness and presentation.
• Meet performance, financial, and patient satisfaction goals.
• Provide concierge support to doctors and independent contractors.
• Identify training needs and lead staff development initiatives.
• Use Power BI to analyze financial metrics and support decisions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and integrity.
