Job summary

Benevis is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the three dental lines—general dentistry, orthodontics, and expanded services—in the Richmond area. You will manage day-to-day office operations, staff training, and doctor relationships in partnership with the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, performance metrics, budgeting and finance analytics using PowerBI, ensuring regulatory compliance, patient experience, and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dental office experience.
• 1 year of dental office management preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and manage staff.
• Ensure high-quality patient care across general dentistry, orthodontics, and expanded services.
• Manage scheduling, show rate, and office performance metrics.
• Maintain operational readiness and presentable office environment.
• Meet financial and P&L goals with patient forecasts and satisfaction metrics.
• Use PowerBI and financial analytics to support business decisions.
• Staffing: interview and select candidates aligned with schedules.
• Foster team satisfaction and retention through effective communication.
• Identify training needs and implement staff development initiatives.
• Provide concierge support to specialty doctors and independent contractors.
• Comply with government regulations and company policies.
• Track collections and follow up with patients.
• Solicit patient referrals and monitor care satisfaction.
