Qualifications

• At least 2 years of management experience in a dental setting.
• Experience in a dental/medical office, including insurance and billing processes.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dental practice management software.
• Commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and exceptional patient service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations to ensure an efficient, organized, and patient-focused environment.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members while promoting a positive and collaborative workplace.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and office workflows to support productivity and an excellent patient experience.
• Monitor practice performance, including collections, accounts receivable, expenses, and overall profitability.
• Partner with providers and team members to support treatment acceptance, patient retention, and practice growth.
• Oversee insurance processes, billing, financial transactions, and administrative responsibilities.
• Manage inventory, supplies, equipment, and office compliance.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development while addressing patient and team concerns professionally.
