Vienna Smiles in Vienna, VA is seeking a Practice Manager to lead daily clinical and business operations, coordinate staff, and ensure five-star patient care while maintaining HIPAA privacy and strong financial controls.

The Practice Manager directs front desk, assistants, hygienists, and dentists, manages scheduling, treatment plan presentations, budgets, and reports, and collaborates with the regional team to meet clinical, financial and quality goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of previous and recent experience managing a dental practice.
• Strong knowledge of Dentrix and front/back office policies.

Responsibilities

• Monthly reporting and budget management.
• Manage A/R and budgets and claim submissions.
• Oversee scheduling, check-in/out, treatment plan presentations.
• Provide leadership to front desk, assistants, hygienists and dentists.
• Develop and implement office procedures to increase productivity and efficiency.
